Terms of Service
These terms describe your use of the Recall app, Recall Pro and this website. For questions, contact support@get-recall.app.
Your app license
Recall is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add to it and don’t replace it.
Recall Pro and Apple purchases
The free version holds up to 50 quotes. Recall Pro removes that limit for adding and importing quotes. Reading, editing and the widget keep working on the free version.
- Monthly and Annual are auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no renewal.
- Prices are shown in the app and in Apple’s confirmation, and can vary by country.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Apple handles billing and refunds. Nothing here limits your consumer rights.
Your content
The quotes and notes you save are yours. You’re responsible for what you save. Recall is meant for keeping passages for your own reading and reflection.
Other services
Recall can import from Kindle, Kobo and Readwise files or accounts you provide. Those names are trademarks of their owners, and Recall is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Responsible use
Use Recall lawfully and don’t try to misuse, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Keep your device and Apple Account secure.
Changes and updates
Recall is provided as is. Features may change, iCloud sync depends on Apple, and updates may be needed. If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and mention material changes in the app or on this site.
Privacy and contact
The Privacy Policy explains how the app and this website handle your data. Contact Recall support at support@get-recall.app about these terms or Recall.
